[ROW] Subscription management: License transfer from one organizational JetBrains Account to another

Symptoms

Transferring a commercial license from one organizational JetBrains Account to another organizational JetBrains Account owned by the same organization.

Environment

• Customer type: Commercial
• Region: EMEA, APAC (excluding China)
• Product: All paid products

Cause 

An organization has multiple organizational JetBrains Accounts and wants to consolidate license management.

Resolution

1. Contact Sales Support and provide the following:
   1. The license ID(s) or order number(s)
   2. The Customer IDs of both organizations or organizational JetBrains Accounts
2. Sales Support will verify the details of both accounts
   1. If both organizational JetBrains Accounts belong to the same legal entity and have matching company details (including the VAT ID, where applicable), the accounts can be merged into a single organizational JetBrains Account
   2. If the organizational JetBrains Accounts belong to different legal entities or have different company details (including different VAT IDs, where applicable), the licenses can be transferred instead
3. Sales Support will complete the merge and confirm once done or advise on the license transfer
