[US] Address change: Commercial account billing address update needed

Symptoms

Billing address needs to be changed on a commercial account.

• Customer type: Commercial 
• Region: Americas
• Product: All products

Resolution

1. An account administrator can request this change via Sales Support
2. Requests outside of an account administrator will require proof of ID such as:
   1. Approval from admin
   2. License ID, Invoice ID, or order ID from account
