Renewal payment: Checking the payment method for automatic renewal

Symptoms

The payment method used for an upcoming automatic renewal needs to be verified.

Environment

• Customer type: Commercial
• Region: All countries
• Product: All Products

Resolution

1. Sign in to JetBrains Central Console
2. Open the Subscriptions page
3. Select the subscription pack you want to review
4. In the subscription details, locate the Payment method section
5. Review the payment method that will be used for the next automatic renewal
6. If necessary, update the payment method before the renewal date
