License assignment: Identifying the user assigned to a commercial license

Symptoms

The user email address associated with a specific license is required.

Environment

• Customer type: Commercial
• Region: All regions
• Product: All products

Resolution

1. Log in to JetBrains Console
2. Select Licensing and Products and services in the sidebar
3. Click View licenses
4. Look at the table column Assigned to to see the name and email address of the user currently tied to each license
5. If further assistance is needed, contact Sales Support and provide one of the below:
   1. The license ID
   2. The customer ID or subscription pack ID, if available
   3. A previous invoice or license certificate associated with the commercial account
