Subscription management: Re-enable auto-renewal for subscription packs
Symptoms
Automatic renewal is disabled for active subscription packs in JetBrains Central Console and needs to be re-enabled.
Environment
- Customer type: Commercial
- Region: All regions
- Product: All products
Resolution
- Open JetBrains Central Console
- Go to Billing → Subscription packs
- Open the pack containing the subscriptions that need auto-renewal enabled
- Click Setup payment
- Select an existing payment method or add a new card, then click Save/Confirm
This will re-enable automatic renewal for all subscriptions in that pack. You need organization or team-admin permissions. If the subscriptions are in different packs, repeat the process for each pack.
