[ROW] Company details: Updating the billing address for a commercial account

Symptoms

The billing address associated with a commercial account needs to be updated.

Environment

• Customer type: Commercial
• Region: EMEA, APAC (excluding China)
• Product: All paid products

Cause

The billing address registered on the commercial account is no longer current.

Resolution

1. Contact Sales Support and provide:
   a. A previous invoice associated with the commercial account, if available, to help locate the account and verify the request
   b. The new billing address, including the street address, city and postal code
2. Sales Support will verify the request and update the billing address associated with the commercial account
3. Future billing documents will use the updated billing address

Note: If the address change is related to a change of legal entity or country, additional information or documentation may be required.
