Personal account: Update billing address

Symptoms

Personal account customer needs to update billing address.

Environment

• Customer type: Personal and Student
• Region: All Regions
• Product: All products

Resolution

1. Address can only be changed during checkout
2. If address needs to be changed without a purchase, reach out to Sales Support and provide:
   1. Name
   2. Customer ID, license ID, invoice ID, or email address
   3. New full address including street, unit number, city, state/province (if available), postal code, and country
