Symptoms

Information about existing licenses, subscription details, renewal settings, or discounted pricing is required.

• Product: Paid subscriptions

Resolution

1. Submit a request to JetBrains Support.
2. Specify the product for which the information is requested.
3. Provide the relevant license ID(s) or the email address(es) associated with the licenses.
4. Specify the information required, such as the number of active licenses, subscription expiration dates, auto-renewal status, or eligibility for discounted pricing on future purchases or renewals.
5. JetBrains Support will review the account and provide the requested information.
