Symptoms

A specific billing contact should only receive invoices. Renewal reminders, license expiration reminders or other notifications should not be sent to this specific billing contact.

Environment

• Customer type: Commercial
• Region: All regions
• Product: All paid products

Resolution

1. Add a new email address to the contacts list or
2. Change notifications for an existing contact
3. If assistance is needed, contact Sales Support
4. Provide the billing contact that should receive invoices only
5. Sales Support will update the notification settings accordingly
